Achieving our intended performance each day works like any successful navigation:
1. Start by honestly recognizing where you're currently at (physically, mentally & emotionally) then,
2. decide where you INTEND to BE.
At Wingspan, we call these the Two-Word Checkin & Two-Word Intention.
They're a powerful exercise many leaders practice with us to perform successfully each day.
