We are choosing 100% of the time. The problem is, the majority of people are choosing from Autopilot--regurgitating the same old stuff day after day, including the way we feel.


The simple & practical exercise of the Two Word Intention (TWI) is exceptionally powerful in reminding ourselves that we are in charge of our lives. We have the freedom and privilege of choosing how we feel & how we show up.


When we practice choosing how we want to BE physically, mentally & emotionally, we stop blaming other people and outside influences. Instead, we exercise ownership & authority for our performance, outcomes & relationships.
