Your team members want this essential information on their performance. They want to be successful & to keep growing. You have the privilege of being one of the most important champions in their corner. That includes sharing useful, honest evaluations & observations--not just rainbows & unicorns.

When you're communicating where they are on track or off track in their performance, be enthusiastic & show your confidence in them. You might be surprised how enjoyable & rewarding these conversations can be!
